Precautions for the use and maintenance of pneumatic tools:
A. This pneumatic tool uses spindle oil and sewing oil (needle machine oil) for wheel lubricating oil. Do not use regular or recycled oil, as it will seriously damage internal components.
B. Please use this tool under an air pressure of 6-8kg/cm2 during homework. Low air pressure will not fully utilize the tool's capabilities, while high air pressure will quickly reduce the tool's lifespan.
C. In order to use and ensure the normal operation of this machine, please install a filter, pressure regulating valve, and oiler at the outlet of the air compressor.
D. If there is no fuel dispenser, please add oil to the fuel injection port of the machine before and after work, so that the machine can function properly.
E. Regularly check if there is any sewage or impurities in the filtering device. If so, timely drain and discharge (usually once a week)
F. Check the air hoses and fittings for leaks and looseness to prevent insufficient compressed air pressure entering the pneumatic tool.
G. Check whether the pneumatic tool itself and its accessories are reliably connected to prevent damage to the tool or injury to people during high-speed operation.
H. Non pneumatic tool accessories are not allowed to be used on pneumatic tools.
